Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have attached the throat scan report. Please see and tell the problem. Consulted doctor telling it needs to be operated. Kindly give your suggestions.

One year back I started noticing my crooked nose and had been punched too and I would not want to go for any rhinoplasty and then I came to know about the nasal bone reduction where the aceseps are used like an instrument to straighten your nasal bone is it possible for me to do it ?? Doctors have tried to influence me for a surgery but I want the nasal bone reduction only

I was having cold and cough, and skin allergies, then doctor suggested me to take MONTAIR LC tablets,then i was totally fine, but still I have been taking it from 3 years, not able to stop it. If i stop it again i ll b facing skin allergies, cold and cough. PLease help to cure this

Hi, It a started with my nose getting itchy nd me rubbbing it. Day by day the condition has worsened, my nostrils have now swollen, extreme pain nd itchy sensation. Advice pls.

There is a small pimple which is releasing pus in my left year..it is also slightly painful..picture for reference has been attached..

I have severe sensation in nose for past 4-5 days. It has happened before but usually get better in one day or two. I am very sensitive towards dust, weather change, cold, ac. I usually have runny nose a lot with itching a lot. I take allegra 180 sometimes when the condition is worse. Sometimes citrazine when moderatet illness. In past i have taken otrivin nasal spray as well for unblocking congestion in nose. My allergies have not been tested, which could be from dust, pollen, cold water, swimming, cold weather. I have symptoms of allergies rhinitis and hay fever. I am looking for some long term solutions.

I am 18 year old, before I say about my problem I would like you to know certain things. I use earphones to listen songs daily, about 20 to 25 minutes, and sometimes (mostly twice in a week) at night 30 to 45 minutes. So, once I went for having shower and when I came out I feel like there's some water in my right ear and since then I started having problem of listening.       Now I get to listen little from my (R) ear, so I need your (doc.) help to let me know what's wrong with my right ear. And I am having this problem since May, 2017. Thank You.

Water has gone in my left ear and because if that the ear has become blank. Please advise what to do.
