Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So i’m getting a surgery to take my tonsils, adenoids and sinuses out. the surgeon also told me that he’ll be taking soft tissue out my nose. i have no idea what this means. he didnt explain it so i’m just really nervous because i dont know what to expect. will there be any scarring, brusing or bleeding? will i have to wear a nose cast or something? i just wanna know the exact thing that’ll happen because i want to be prepared

My ENT doctor prescribed "AXULIN NASAL SPRAY 1 puff BDx 1 week" for nasal congestion. But I couldn't find it anywhere despite having searched in many medical shops and on internet(even on practo). When I enquired in 'Jan Aushadi', they asked me about the contents of this spray as they sell medicines in generic names instead of Company names. Nasal sprays of some other companies could be found on internet. Can I use any of these. Plz help, it has been many days since the doctor prescribed it.

Small hard swellings down the right side of my neck next to trachea. They feel as though they may be attached to vain or muscular tissue. Hi sir , Recently i consult with ent dr for ear he told me you hv a hole in yr right ear & he suggest me for tympanoplasty for right ear i want to know is this possible to treat with medicine or i hv to go with dr operation for my ear. And is their any side effect afr operation. Pls advice me.
