Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have tingling in my lips , chin and sometimes my face a little. Something is going with my ear at times feels like something is crawling in it. This is all happening on th left side. I have hard a ekg and and a CT I even went to the dentist cause it felt like maybe it had something to do with my gums. Can you please help also I have been having a headache off and on

I have a ear pain, with pain aggrevating from inner ear into surrounding tissue. Which produces pain even during mastication. I cannot open my jaw completely due to obstructive pain. Can i get a solution?

I have been smoking 1-2 cigarette in a day and that too for last 2-3 months. Can smoking 1-2 cigarette in a day and that too for for 2-3 months may also cause throat cancer? Or it happens to those who have been smoking for long.

I was diagnosed with Mucositis on 19th June and was on multivitamins, anti fungal and anti alergics during this time. Blood tests gave low vitamin B12(170) and high total ige(378). Tongue was healing but have patches formed again with 2 ulcers spreading. Doctor said that this is geographic tongue and there is no need to worry. I am on Vitamin B12 and omnacortil 10mg. Please suggest how long would tongue take to heal.
