Need to know alternative medicine
Hello sir
From last week I'm suffering from Tonsils and throat infection. I consulted an ENT specialist in Surat. He found B12 deficiency in my reports. He prescribed me "Neurofast 2500" injections to take on alternate days.
Now due to my job, I came to Bangalore. I'm looking for the injection and couple of medicines, but I'm not getting it in any store.
Please let me know the alternate medicines.

Unfortunately, this you must take as depot injections as it is destroyed by your stomach enzymes when taken orally.
Just ask any hospital pharmacy for Vitamin B12 injections.
