  4. Alternative medicine. For the f×24?

I have throat infection so doctor suggested f×24 120mg and pantakind 40 mg. I am a breastfeeding mom. I got the pantakind medication but the f×24 is not available in the market. Can someone please suggest couple of alternative medicine for the f×24? Its urgent. Thank you.

You can take Tab Cetzine once at night. Cetrizine is considered to be one of the safer antihistamines in pregnant or breastfeeding mom's.
