Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

M facing throat ear and shoulder pain on the right side from 2 months what might be the problem

Im having infection in my left ear, doctor diagnosed and referring for surgery. Report says that I have an Attica cholesteatoma in my left ear so please guide me in this issue what would be the beast. I have attached my report also please have a look. Thank you

Alergi from last 2years and due to this, getting headache. Please need suggestion on this. As one of the doctor, suggested operation as some part in nose has grown little bit more and need to remove that part like that.

I have been suffering from severe nasal congestion/block, right greater than left for 2 years. Recently took CT scan on advice from ENT Dr. the report says polypoidal mucosal thickening bilateral maxillary sinus,  bilateral ethmoid and sphenoid sinus, and bilateral frontal sinus with mild S shaped nasal deviation. I have been put on Montek 10 mg at night and Flutiflo nasal spray twice a day 1 puff each nostril with not much relief. I have tried Ayurvedic treatment again with no relief. I don't want surgery, but would want to have it cured with medicine. I am diabetic, hypertensive and hypothyroid patient on medication. please advise the best solution. thanks.

Have a throat infection due to drinking cold liquids. Throat pains while swallowing. Suggest me a good throat medicine.

I have tingling in my lips , chin and sometimes my face a little. Something is going with my ear at times feels like something is crawling in it. This is all happening on th left side. I have a ear pain, with pain aggrevating from inner ear into surrounding tissue. Which produces pain even during mastication. I cannot open my jaw completely due to obstructive pain. Can i get a solution?
