I hv already taken pain killer how many days to be taken pain killer.becoz pain killer is not good for health

I have so much ear pain.i had taken ear drop candidbiotic but pain will be not reduce so tell me what to do

Good day! I had an MRI but I wasnt able to have the results checked. It says: Visualized Paranasal sinuses: small convex T2W/FLAIR hyperintensity in the left maxillary And on the conclusion part, it says: Mucus retention cyst vs polyp, left maxillary sinus Im already thinking I do have sinusitis but I hope you can help me understand how serious my case is. Thank you.

I have pain in my throat since morning one side only. After Breakfast I had vomit and there was blood in it.

From 3 days I am suffering from throat and mouth infection. When I look inside my mouth with torch I see redness in my throat and mouth which is painful. Also I am able to eat anything because of thjs. Also having problem while swallowing anything. I used plain glycerine but it didn't help
