Hello,
Got swelling around the ear overnight. It's paining. I have read on internet about preauricular lymph node swelling.is it the same thing I am suffering from?

yes, you are might be suffering from lymphadenopathy. it may be due to some ear infection. you must need to consult a dr nearby. and get checked up yourself. you may need to undergo some imaging for proper diagnosis. and take treatment as advised by dr. mostly you will get relieved.
