Hi, u didn't mention about the duration of ur problem. With the available history, it looks like only a few days problem. Watery discharge with pain can be because of fungal infection of your external ear.
The predisposing factors are usually accidental water entry into ears and self cleansing of ear.

U probably need ear cleaning with or without anti fungal ear drops.
