Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday I got my tonsils removed for recurring strep throat. I am a moderate smoker, roughly 15 cigarettes per day. The past two days of not smoking have killed me, and NRT options are not working. My doctor said it would increase my risk of bleeding from 2 to 3%. I’m wondering if this is correct as quitting smoking like this is not easy,what is the absolute best minimum for when I can start to smoke. Please don’t tell me to quit as it won’t happen, and two weeks smoke free is too difficult.

Severe cold from.past 10 days taken medication but unable to control sneezing need help to solve the problem

Can u please suggest me for any medicines or some sort of things so that I recover the same...It's been 7 days till now...I have tried gargle with warm water...but it's recovering but when Iam stoping it for a day or so its again increased...

I have been having severe pain in my nose for the past 3 days. It is getting progressively worse and the pain is reaching a 10 and starting to spread. There has been no trauma and no other cold like symptoms. I am healthy with no major medical problems. My dr can't get me in until tomorrow and I am considering the ER but don't know if that is too extreme. NSAIDs, decongestants, sinus medications are not helping at all.

There is pain in front of my right ear. It goes from bottom to the mid of it. I also feel some swelling there. I don't know what it is. What do you think it is and to which doctor should I meet

Swallowing painful, no fever or cold but my throat hurts badly. How can I just make it better. It is very frequent if i eat any kind of citrus fruits.

I am facing some issues related to my ear. Earlier I thought water entered my ears and it was not coming out and resulting into some cloudy noises inside it. I took Candibiotic Eardrop and used it and I can say that although pain related issue is over but cloudy noises are not and yesterday there were some traces of blood present also when I used earbud. Kindly suggest what should I do now. Is it a serious case I have tried to met doctors but due to unmatched schedule I have failed to do so. Kindly suggest.

Hello sir, Please see my attached reports and suggest the course of action. I am having moxifloxacin 400 mg from past 8 days once a day with digene twice a day.Is this fine and for how many days I should continue this ? The lump behind my ear is still there but some relief with pain.
