Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I studying my b.tech everything well. Once I reached city Pune for job. Daily I need to travel 35(up & down) kms to reach office through city traffic. After months after I used to get cold morning. I went to doctor for treatment he said you have allergic rhinitis. He did endoscopy. He prescribed cefiximine and levocitrizene tablets. When I have these at night, when I wake up morning I do feel cold. When I haven't take tablets at night I feel cold in day also. What is the solution?

I am having pain in throat and swallowing issue since yesterday. I am doing gurgles and also taking himalaya septillin but there is some relief only. Should i take anti biotics. If any please help with the same.

I got cold and my nose blocked since ten days. It became worse since last five days. No musus but severe blockage.

I had a severe nose bleed lasting 30 minutes. Blood was very heavy but then a clot came about, about an inch long, and bleeding immediately stopped. I am scared to move my face or breathe out of my nose. What does the clot coming out mean? I made an ENT appointment the earliest possible in two week.

When I was a baby i had ear tubes put in my ears. Since then i still get a ton of ear infections and the original tubes are still in. (21 years) I recently had an infection so bad that it ruptured my ear drum. What should i do about my tubes? Is it normal for them to be in there that long?

I've had my ear cleaned today by aural toileting, there's still some residual and I don't feel good, can I still use the drops for infection recommended by my doctor? Will I feel better or more worse after putting the drops
