Cough and thick saliva coming again and again from last 3 days. No problems with nose. Chest pain due to Cough.

My ENT doctor prescribed "AXULIN NASAL SPRAY 1 puff BDx 1 week" for nasal congestion. But I couldn't find it anywhere despite having searched in many medical shops and on internet(even on practo). When I enquired in 'Jan Aushadi', they asked me about the contents of this spray as they sell medicines in generic names instead of Company names. Nasal sprays of some other companies could be found on internet. Can I use any of these. Plz help, it has been many days since the doctor prescribed it.

Hi sir , Recently i consult with ent dr for ear he told me you hv a hole in yr right ear & he suggest me for tympanoplasty for right ear i want to know is this possible to treat with medicine or i hv to go with dr operation for my ear. And is their any side effect afr operation. Pls advice me.

Hi, I had undergone thymphanoplasty surgery a year back. There was a large hole in my ear drum. My doctor removed the graft from my thigh and used it for my eardrum. I had a check up recently and still there is 25 percent hole in the eardrum. Will the graft from thigh still grows and fill it? I am 25 yrs old. Please suggest.
