Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from hissing noise and hearing on both ear since 2016 onwards. Used alopathic/ayurbedic/homeopathic but not getting any relife. Life became measurable. Please suggests.

I was told to go for Mri and it says "Mild Inflammatory mucosal thickening with retained secretions seen in sphenoid sinus along with a smalll polypoid lesion in inferior parts of right maxillary antrum" . I am experiencing a light (but constant) shrilling noise in my Left Ear since around 4 days now. I take very good care of my ears & am never ever exposed to Loud/Harsh Music at all.. Is this shrilling noise a symptom of starting of hearing loss..?? Could this sound be due to wax collection in my ears..?? Kindly advise..

I have been experiencing strange noise in my left ear continously since the last month. It gets worse whenever there is silence i.e no other background noise. It is really irritating. However i dont experience any pain or any other complication in the affected ear. Is it tinnitus that i am suffering from ? How do i go about getting it fixed ? Thanks.

My left ear feels as if it's blocked and whenever iove my head, it makes a whoosh noise (sometimes) I have gotten it checked, my eardrum is ok and clean. Also I have hedaches on a regular basis
