Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m having ear pain after trying to clean it with a plastic ear clean stick for the last 3-4days. Acute painaround the cheeks and ear with high sensitivit.

Last night I bath in cold water.then I eat cold chill water.i have throat pain severely. Every month I have it.i also do several blood test.my sugar is 350.My thyroid is normal.my pressure is 170/90.My heamoglobin is 6.5.how can I cure it?doctor give me manteax(mantu) test.what is it?is it painful?

I have full pain behind upper lip and front teeth and half of my right nasal passage is congested. No other symptoms of a cold. No runny nose or drainage. No cough or sore throat. Slight pain heading towards ears but no pain above my middle nose and nothing in the creek area.

He checked from outer part only. It was a govt hospital. I believe he didn't check prproperly and gave priscribed some meds which i currently can't tell. When i feel pain i start to worry relating it to the 'C' word. Please help me. I am right now thinking to buy azithromycin antibiotic, thought to consult specialists.
