Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I try to swallow saliva,I feel as if my throat is narrowed.i have cold and sinus problem as well.

The area just in front of the tragus towards the face is paining and is swollen. I tried using ear wax and infection solution but didnt work. I am also getting small feverish spells

From yesterday i am hearing sounds like if anybody talks to me echoed or someone has kept a hollow pipe to my ear amd talking through that. Today i am experiencing a slight headache. Is there any problrm or is this because of the stress as i  was on continious phone calls for 8+ hrs/day last week & used in-ear headphon

I have got Sinus problem for few years now. Couple of doctors suggested me to get a surgery done to remove the extra Nose bone. Is it advisable to do it? Will that solve the problem?

Hello Doctor, I have tonsils with mild fever not going away for more than 15 days. Despite taking medication (Paracetamol, Erithromycin, Roxythromycin). It had never been so long before. My food intake is very normal and no changes. Also having fatigue ever since this tonsils grown. Very strange because except Tonsils, Mild fever(not more than 99degree and fatigue) everything seems to be very normal for me. Is it something body is fighting internally and early symptoms of some bigger health problems? Please let me know

Ear-ache and some fluid coming from left ear. Once I had been given Candibiotic ear drops and Ofloxacin-200 mg1BD for 3days by ENT SPECIALIST. CAN I repeat it ? Thanks

Every day, I notice a different shape of nose, i had a very straight nose, but from 1 year appeared a hump on my nose, it is visible expecially on the left side of my nose. Sometimes it disappear and it return normal. Somedays it becomes more visibile. Why?! A day i woke up with a very visibile hump on my nose, but then i applicated ice and it disappeared. Hi Dr, I have pain in my throat from last three days and today there was minor bleeding as well.I face this bleeding problem frequently like at least once or twice a month but the amount of blood is Very less like its not even equal to a drop of blood. It it a serious condition? Please suggest. Thanks
