A week back I felt some itchyness in the throat. After two day of that I developed fever which lasted for another two days. And my throat is so sore that I am unable to speak or even swallow food or liquid. All this is accompanied by a lot of coughing. My voice has become unrecognisable n I am in a lot of pain. Please suggest.

Hi, I am suffering from serious throat infection. Not able to speak. My voice has gone down up-to 95 percent. Please suggest me immediate medication.
