Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It is hurting like hell when I touch left side tip of the nose .No visible pimple or anything.. Since afternoon I'm facing the problem.

After cleaning wax from doctor now bleeding.The wax was removed but there is bleeding now. Doctor told there will be little blood

I had a preauricular sinus pit on my left ear by birth. It used to drain since my childhood for which I took help of medications. But from last 5-10 years It stopped leaking but I used to get swelling there for which again I took medications. But in 2017 It got infected and formed an abcess for which I had to go through a surgery for I&D . The surgeon says he had removed the entire track ..but again I am facing swelling on the same area which is not healing after medications . I am not getting why It is again infected ? What measures should I take as its a rare defect. Kindly help me. Which is the best surgeon to consult with for my issue?

How often should we clean our ears by a specialist? Is it necessary to clean the ears? Or should we leave it be?
