Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from allergic cold. I keep on sneezing after coming from outside or I eat anything cold.whenever i go outside I use scarf, even after using scraf for covering nose, the problem of allergic cold keeps coming. I have tried medications prescribed by ENT specialist. However, once the prescribed course gets completed, the problem of running nose and sneezing arises again. Is there any permanent remedy for this?

Mouth ulcer and discomfort in throat for 2 days. even pain is there. cannot eat food or drink water...

I visited ENT doctor,he told that I have sinus, and my tonsils has grown very big,so he me medication for 5days,in these 5days while using medicine I felt like it has been cured and I revisit the doctor after 5days and I told that I am feeling better and cured.so asked me to continue the nasal spray for 1month for sinus complain...on the second day when I didn't take the medicine, again same thing I got ( dry cough). please suggest

Hello Sir, I have swollen lump behind my ear from past one month with fever between 99-100 once a day and headache. I am attaching all the reports..Have different antibiotics but no benefit.Please advice what to do..Is surgery a last option to remove this..
