Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor ,    i have been facing severe throat pain for the past 2 days because of which am facing pain while swallowing the food. Please provide me some solution for this, i cant eat food 😣

I feel there is lot of solid dust inside my ears, what can be done. Ive tried all basic and home remedies but didn't work please help.

Dear Doctor, I have a sinusitis problem which occurs frequently due to which my left side upper teeth becomes painful and is sensitive. I do take antibiotics sometimes and it seems to be ok for few days. Later it returns. Kindly let me know what might be the reason behind it. Attached are the images of my nostrils.
