Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right ear has started to process some sounds like a broken speaker. I can feel it vibrating and it comes and goes but is worse when there is lots of loud noise. It started the next day after a long haul flight but I have had previous issues in this ear with a cholesteotoma.

I have ETD. Now There is no fluid in middle ear. But I have tinittus. Blockage has reduced but not completely. I don't have cough and cold.I can fly or not?

I am suffering from stuffed nose for mote than 10 days. I have tried otrivin for 2 days but that doesn't help. What do i do to get some relief?

Constant coughing since 10 days at night it gets extremely worst and sometimes vomiting while excess coughing.

My neice aged 8.5 years has has her adenoid s and tonsils removed because of allergic rhinitis.She still sneezes 30-40 times a day especially in the morning and suffers from blocked nose.Kindly advise.

I have pain on the right side of my Adam's apple. It's tender to press from the outide and hurts when I swallow. It doesn't hurt at the back of my throat inside (e.g. A usual sore throat), but at front. It also hurts if I'm tensing for example I'm about to sneeze or when I yawn.

I had viral and after that I am feeling headache and and pain around ear and nose too This may be due to cough and cold I took cough serum and steam

I am having severe headache from last 1 week...it stops for sometimes...but again comes back...it's usually on forehead...top of the head..I am also facing issues while walking...feels something is moving inside my head

It's been a long time that since I have been suffering from runny nose. Once a weak I get cold and runny nose cs of climate change, dust allergies or something I eat which is cold. Not sure if it's due to sinus or I have any other problems. I quit smoking 16 months ago (15 20 sticks a day) and also hard drinks at the same time. Still the problems have not gone.

From last three days I am suffering from swollen lymph node along with pain more specifically on left side
