From last three days I am suffering from swollen lymph node along with pain more specifically on left side

Is it advisable to have ginger black pepper tea if I have sinus. What food should be avoided so to keep Sinus at bay

I have my left ear blocked since yesterday. I had cold from last 2 week. I didn't take any medicine. I did ear wax removal 3 years back... I am unable to hear anything. Pls advise solution. Does clear wax oil work??

I am a 27-year-old male and I have been suffering from severe canker sores for the past couple of weeks. I don’t want to go to a doctor for something as paltry as this. How do you get rid of a canker sore at home? Are there any home remedies. I am not able to relish my favorite spicy food as it hurts when I eat them.
