Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is making continous sounds Only single ear. Noise like mouse does xjxjxjxzjzjjxx

My wife is getting a continuous humming noise in her ear and having headache. Yesterday went for a dj party and problem started after that. FYI not a hangover as she Doesn't drink.

I have a Hypothyroid issue and my thyroid is never in control. I used to smoke cigarettes and consume alcohol. Now I stopped both . My recent thyroid report is: T3 - 0.80 T4 - 6.10 TSH - 10.48 What would be a rite dosage for me to get my thyroid under control? And any additional tips will also be a great help. Regards

When I studying my b.tech everything well. Once I reached city Pune for job. Daily I need to travel 35(up & down) kms to reach office through city traffic. After months after I used to get cold morning. I went to doctor for treatment he said you have allergic rhinitis. He did endoscopy. He prescribed cefiximine and levocitrizene tablets. When I have these at night, when I wake up morning I do feel cold. When I haven't take tablets at night I feel cold in day also. What is the solution?

I got cold and my nose blocked since ten days. It became worse since last five days. No musus but severe blockage.

I had a severe nose bleed lasting 30 minutes. Blood was very heavy but then a clot came about, about an inch long, and bleeding immediately stopped. I am scared to move my face or breathe out of my nose. What does the clot coming out mean? I made an ENT appointment the earliest possible in two week.
