I am a medical student. I am researching on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and I am really curious to know about what is the Mycobacterium tuberculosis gram stain? Is it a closer relative to Gram-positive or gram-negative bacterial pathogens?

My brother is 40 years old is suffering from Mycobacterium tuberculosis. He is becoming weak and lost all his hope. Everyone doubts that he won't recover now and his end is near. Is Mycobacterium tuberculosis curable? Will he become healthy again? How long will it take?

Hi, my friend is suffering for throat pain, and bleeding from the epiglottis. We have seen a doctor and he prescribed medication for 2days. But the reason he gave was because of extensive brushing which we don't think may be the proper cause. But still my friend is recovering.
