Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter is two years 3months old , she will speak small words like amma appa but she is not speaking more words ...please let me what is the maximum age that babies will speak. I am not worried pleas advise is any doctor consultation required

I snore when i sleep  also i am not an alcoholic or smoker. my snore is loud causing my roommates sleep issue

Hi , My friend is having cough syncope. He was advised earlier to have sercef cv 500 ( cefuroxi me and clavulonic acid) for 6 days .. but no effects later a pulmonologist advised him to have Azee 500 ( Azithoromycin ) with Allegra 120 from last 3 days but there are no effects of same. His chest x-ray and haemogram reports are fine and pretty normal. Please suggest what can be done he is coughing since 20 days and he also visited earlier that is in the start  an ENT who gave him steroids defnalone 6mg. Waiting for suggestions as his condition today is bad and he fainted thrice with hurting himself.

Ears hurting since 3 days. Especially while burping type activity happens. The pain is spreading in th ear.
