  4. Pain at left side of throat. Happen?

Pain at left side of throat
From past three days I feel pain at left side of my throat (upper portion). I don't have any difficulties in eating. I feel pain when i look upside. Pain is low but why this happen? Ongoing meds: Thyrox 12.5
