Having pain in the neck is a different issue. As for the pain in your ear it seems that you are suffering from referred pain from your oral cavity and throat you may be suffering from either chronic tonsillitis or dental issues which you should get checked up.
Next Steps
get a dental checkup and an ENT checkup
