Pain below ear..

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello doctor... My 4-year-old is experiencing pain under her ears... When I checked it out, it felt like a mild swelling under the skin... The pain is only when I pressed into the area... Otherwise there is no pain... There are no other symptoms... I have attached a picture of the sore area... What is the cause of this pain... What medicine should we give to her... Thank You...
