I Unknowingly used lotion Tolderm plus in my ear! The lotion is for external use only, l confused it for ear drops, It contains Chloroxidine glutconate, hydrochloride, salicylic acid, I’m really worried!, what should I do?

Hi Doctor, I am facing a strange problem for the first time below Adam's Apple in the neck. Since last 1 month I feel tightness in that area as if someone is pressing my neck. Also sometimes in that area I feel a sharp pinch in that area as if a sharp thing in my neck and sometimes I feel some kind of acid coming out of that part inside the neck which hurts. Also I feel some kind of hoarseness in that area which makes me clear my throat everytime. Also I am unable to speak in high pitch sometimes and unable to do it. Pls suggest what it can be...I just remember gargling with a mouthwash Clohex by mistake 1 month back after which I started getting this problem. I am suffering from frequent cold, continous sneezing, running nose for more than 5 yrs. because of this i am getting tired very soon. If i take tablets like cetrizen/okacet cold i will get relief for few days. Feeling very allergic to dust or pollen grains. When i travel to abroad, i dont have this problem. I am taking furamist nasal spray suggested by one ENT. But still taking without prescription. Can i keep using this nasal spray? Is there any harm?

After 5pm feeling nose left side block and heavy Ness left eye and head tightness Vision normal.air inhalation normal.

Headache especially around the eyes, dizziness, neck pain, moderate breathing problem, phlegm in throat.
