Blood with vomit
Hi,
My friend was on FAST yesterday and today she had a plate of Momo after which she started feeling itches in her stomach. Then she had 2 cup of black coffee and ate Dosa during the day. Now she isn't feeling well and had a vomit in which there was blood and has a minor swelling in nevk after vomit.
Please suggest.

She seems to have developed severe gastritis because of fasting. Coffee actually worsens it. Forced vomiting may have injured the food pipe leading to bleeding.. She needs to see a doctor immediately
