Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling discomfort like something is choking in my throat which I can touch by finger under the thyroid gland and before food pipe in neck . The problem start one month ago when I was talking with someone while talking I feel discomfort in talking. Then I went to ent doctor he diagnose me some antacids . Sometimes I feel better and after sometime the problem again came. I also feel mild pain in both ears sometime. When I consume cold items then also problem persist. It is serious or not

Suffering from blockage nose from 4 week in between had lots of things like irritation in Throat ..cough and mild fever but today in my of my nose I m feeling something irritation and uncomfortable what is sign ? Please help I will consult online

I m diognosed as OSMF III due to Tobacco chewing since 5 years. With patches and bands inside the cheeks Entire month is burning. Lot of mouth watering happening and dry mouth . Now lip lower,  ulcers very rapoidly growing very big round in shape uppish and transperent. Upper lips started ulceration pointed and flat.having pain. I solicit any medicine that completely heal the ulcer in toto. Most likely malignancy is anticipated. So any  medicine that heal the ulcer is solicitrd middle.also upper lip  since 15 days

Sir on January 2020 when i woke up there's an voice coming from my both of ears...like..eeeeeeee...its really annoying...i also have some issues with my nexk ...when i put pressure from back side...a numbness starts on my face...i dont have any issues with my ears...many people says that tinitus is incurable...and many others people's says that..it is curable... please help me out...that is it curable or not...it gives me sucidial thoughts Thanks alott for reading this.......i respect all the docs of the practo...but i waana advice from an allopathy dr..thaks alott😊

Since last to last saturday i.e, 18th april I am having irritation in my throat. Eatlier it was mild and now it has become troublesome. I thought may be I have caught cold but there is no sight of any cough, just the sore throat and irritation. I am taking a medicine prescribed by my docyor previously long back when j was having cold and cough. It's a course of 5 days . Today is the 4th day of my course. I am taking Clarythomycin. Well i thought I was improving.. but the irritation started again like before. So I don't know what is the actually problem.

Hi.. I m suffering with stuck hard Wax in ear and unable to remove by using oil or ear buds.. sone time its paining and listening sound also bits low..due to Lockdown I am unable to go ENT.. so please kindly suggest me any ear drop or medicine to clear this wax and relief my ear... Got hurt in the eye. Have got blood clot. Was cutting the leaves and one of the branches hit the eye. Refer the clot in the attached picture. What needs to be done?

Constant One side ear , throat and lower lip pain since a long time(may be 18 months). Docs. are unable to diagnose me after lots of vist to ENT's and lots of Test. The problem arises when I make body movements like walking, running excercising. What could be it? I have read in internet that this type of radiating pain is cancer ..I am terrified..
