A 7mmx5mm (approx) white spot appear in left tonsil causing feeling pain during taking foods, drinks water

My throat feels very tight I am able to eat food but due to the tightness I face difficulty swallowing. I am also having nasal congestion! Just wanted to know the cause of it.

I m diognosed as OSMF III 6 months ago with WHITE PATCHES AND BANDS INSIDE BOTH THE CHEEKS with sunken cheeks, burning a lot anything even without chillies food item MOUTH watering heavy. Ulcers ROUND UPPISH with depression developing alarmingly.in LOWER LIPS.,unhealing. Kindly advise me the immediate medicines Since I m unable to take even little food. I m retd person having very low pension from Pvt.company Pointed ulcers are growing in upper lip

TOBACCO chewing, DIOGNOSED ad OSMFIII 7 months back.with white patches and bands inside the cheeks, due to heavy mouth watering,gutkha quid covered entire MOUTH. Dry mouth. SINCE 3 MONTHS ALONGWITH ULCERS OF CHEEKS, TYPICALLY ULCERS ON LIPS ARE GROWING ROUND UPPISH AND DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE BROWNISH,BECOMING BIGGER,AND NEW ULCERS ARE ADDING ON BOTH THE LIPS. MOUTH IS PAINFUL WITH BANDS WHILE I SQUEEZE INSIDE OR BLOW OUT. IT SEEMS MALIGNANT. DUE TO CORONA ISSUE UNABLE TO CHECK. ANY CURE OF THESE ULCERS WITH EXPECTED MALIGNANCY. KINDLY ADVISE MEDICATION FOR CURE OF THESE ULCERSI. THANK YOU

Dear sir I took online consultation and using cepodem xp 325 n sinarest n nasal spray. My question was after how many hours of Nadal spray , can i do steam inhalation? Because I read nasal spray is affective for almost 12hpurs. Then can we do steam in 5-6 hrs post nasal spray

I've sore throat & cough congestion in my chest.It's been a month,feels like something's stuck down my throat & chest,this feeling sometimes goes away then comes back.I also feel chest pain/choking like feeling when this happens,the pain moves all around my chest & abdomen(left,right,up & down).I've taken Augmentin 625 & vapour inhalation & pantop D for5 days,I'm even having warm water & gargling with salt water.But it does not seem to go away.I don't have dry cough, in fact I don't cough much,its mucus & phlegm stuck in my throat & post nasal drip is adding to it.My nose also feels ticklish & I sneeze sometimes,body temperature raises a maximum of 99.5 but that is quite normal for me.My throat feels sore or swollen when I swallow my saliva & blockage type feeling when it goes down my food pipe,I also feels tickles/irritation down my food pipe and chest.It all started almost a month back when I had some spicy & oily food,is it GERD/Flu/Corona.Hospitals are shut in my area.What do I do?

What is the symptoms of vestibular disorders?.......... Can it cause earache? Anyone has any idea?...

Normally nasal spray say Flutiflo should be working as medicine in the nose for almost 12 hours. Then is it advisable to use water vapor inhalation

This problem is for my father concern,From a beginning  this month April 2020 he is suffering rapidly buzzing and ringing sound in his both of the year.We went to the doctor the doctor told this is because of age Factor.Other than this my father blood test report says low level of haemoglobin RBC(10) and other WBC and platelets and all are is normal range.So what problem causes buzzing and ringing sound in his year.

Too much phlgm through Nose get into my throat no other issue please tell what should I do it's been many days
