Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat infection sincs last month ...pain in throat ..give me guidline what should i do..as i take antibotics but it wasnt work..due to corona i dont want to visit hospital..

Pain only while drinkings etc, Seems something like white chunks in it, gargle 4-5 times but still not feeling good.

Hello Doctor, My child had a nosebleed last night from left nostril. Few stains on the bedsheet. She did not complain of any pain or discomfort. She had a similar nosebleed couple of weeks ago during bath. In both cases, bleeding stopped in a few minutes. Can you please suggest if this is common or something concerning? and why this is happening. Let us know what we should be watchful of in future. She currently has no cold or any other symptoms. She is active and doing fine. But this sudden nosebleed is concerning. Please let us know your inputs. Thanks Sandhya

I am feeling little breath shortness from last 1 week. No issues in sleeping. But sometimes if I lay flat then I feel shortness . Then I sleep on my sides. Sometimes chest tightness too. All my heart test are normal. Weight 110kg. Please advise? Do I need to take any test? Or any specialist?

I ate some spicy food, developed acidity(I have a history of acidity and tonsils/sore throat which occurs just by having something slightly cold/spicy/tangy).The acidity increased and I started feeling like something's stuck in my chest. It looked like Gerd. I was advised to take vapour and antibiotics(Augmentin-625) with Pantop D but it didn't get any better, I developed cough( I was not coughing much but I had mucus stuck in my throat and chest with ticklish feeling) then I got ticklish feeling in my nose(like cold) and post nasal drip started, I've been gargling all this while. Now the congestion has suppressed a little but still I sometimes get chest pains that move all around my chest & abdomen(left,right,up,down) & it scares me and I have a constant temperature of 99-99.5°F all these days. I somehow started feeling a little better,but yesterday I had mangoes now I again feel sore throat,irritation(ticklish/prickly) feeling in chest & throat, chest congestion & gastric issue.

Hi All, My son feeling some lymph nodes in neck, we went to the ENT doctor, they refered to Neck ultrasound, we have received report stating that : There are small volume bilateral cervical lymph nodes with preserved fatty hilum in level II, III, and V, largest measuring 17 x 6.4 mm in right level II and 16 x 5.6 mm in left level II. My concern on the Lymph node size , how to understand the Lymph node size. is it multiple 17 x 6.4 mm  = 108.8  or largest lymph node size 17mm and smallest  lymph node size is 6.4mm

My mom is experiencing pain in her left ear only when she touches her outer ear. She always could hear less from this ear. It's been 3 days On the first day she had pain even below her ear, but now there is no pain below the ear. She can't put her finger in the ear, she feels it's swollen.

Dear Sir, M Tahseen Shaikh from Pune, Looking for good and effective dr for my mother's Throat infection treatment, She isn't suffering from any other problem but just throat soreness and infection is there, We tried with multiple medications but still she isn't recovering, I need ur help and let me know what we can do for her treatment, we have tried with an X Ray it's normal one of dr gave medicine HYQ 400 but still not effective. She is having BP and Sugar issue. Do help me sir m very much worried. My mother stays in Kondhwa Pune 48 . Hoping for response
