Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have soar throt since last 35-40 days approx, I took some medicine by physician, like cenarest, and some other. Then I talked to ENT specialist , he gave me 10. Days antibiotic course . Its relife in my soar throt but still not fully resolved. Some time in night I feel quite nose blocked, but in morning it's feel good, past 2 days , u feld mild pain in chest, like cremp, or khichav in muscles. I have no travel history,no covid contact. last 1 month+ fully quaretine, . No fever, no cough. Inspite of this,My doubt is . Is there covid test required? And why it's getting long to soar throt to settle .and fully resolved. And my question is,in  how many days maximum covid symptoms come out, and what are those mostly. As I herard fever, cough and shortness of breath. Apart from this. Is only 1 symptoms , possible to confirm covid. Becoz I am living with my 11 month baby, so it's very necessary to me, confrim is it covid or viral flue infection.etc

I had swelling in the tonsils for 2 months. When I ate the medicine after showing it to the doctor, the swelling on one side decreased. But the swelling on the other side is the same as before. I put a photo of both the medicine I ate and the tonsils. See what has happened to me.

Sir I have been suffering from sinus so it's my ct scan report, pain right side of face and headache and there is mild mucosal thickening seen in left sinus and mild deviation of nasal septum towards right. I am feeling pain my right side of face from headache to jaw at night mostly while sleeping. Sometimes left side also. And feels some shortness of breath and sore throat and gas problem.

Can I use Sesame oil(till ka tel) daily 1-2 drops per nostril daily as a lubrication in nostril and make my nostrils free from frequent occuring dry hard crusts in it. Also please suggest if I can use olive oil for ear lubrication and how frequent and what quantity I can use it.

I do not naturally breathe through my nose. Whenever I practically start doing it, I yawn. Also, I breathe in and out much faster than others. Any underlying causes?

How can i cure eustachian tube dysfunction?I am having a pain in the back of my throat near the left ear when i am swallowing. I am doing sline water in my nose. I hear bussing sound when ever i touch my ear and i have to pop.my left ear to get relief.

My nose remains congested from years followed by whooping cough and chest pain , itchy eyes , this has now became a common practice . If I use duanase nasal spray I feel good but once I stop using I feel nose congestion again . It is from years later developed chest problems also and eye allergies . For full day I scratch my eyes . Is it nose allergy which causes other issues .

Yesterday our colony worker was spraying disinfectant spray on the staircase railing .As I was coming up and he was coming down while spraying the spray went into my eyes. I washed my eyes with water and was wearing a mask but I am very much worried. Can I get infected with corona virus by that spray in my eyes if the railing is infected with the virus?

I am facing little pain in throat, sometimes feel sore. Apart from this all is fine. Facing thia issue from yesterday.
