Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sinusitis with insomnia currently taking 10mg/day cetrizine but no effect so increasing dose to 15mg/day with fluticazone nasal spray. Can u suggest some home remedies ❓ I'm doing vapor and drinking only hot/boiled water

Sometimes my right nose blocked and sometimes left, no runny nose. Sometime feels like there is something in the throat and saliva is produced at upper part of mouth also sometime i feel my throat blocked and then brup comes and its alright. Sometimes my chest feels heavy.At night when i sleep it felt like i can't breath. I had taken montek LC and Pan D for 6days and nothing happens. No fever (98.3F my temp) Cough 1-2 time in whole day like kha-kha only. Today my left nose is blocked i breath from the right. I have attached my mouth pic.

I have been having sharp, unbearable ear pain in the left ear for 3 consecutive days and my left ear has been blocked from last 7 days. I have taken ciplox, it felt a little better but now another Dr. advised to stop taking ciplox drops because I do not have fever, nor any discharge. It is a really high level of pain and I have consulted various doctors, soms say it is an ear infection, some it is not. I cannot understand what course of medicine to follow and treat my pain and blockage. Please help and advise.

Hi...My nose has been blocking since 3 days.Dried mucus has been sticking to the nasal sides.But i have no cold and cough.During evenings i experience a lot of inconvenience.I found that my right tonsil was swollen slightly.I have some kind of uneasiness in my ears.plz help me out...

Feeling nasal congestion from last 5-6 days ... it opens by itself and then gets blocked any suggestion.

Dear Doctor, Around 8th-March irritation in throat and inner nostril felt after smoking. When irritation grows used DUONASE two times {before 24-march 2 dose (1 dose = single spray in both nose) and around 31mar/01apr 4 dose}. On 4-Apr throat become heavily sore and even voice changed. On 5-Apr evening  sore throat was already there and right nostril also gets jamed.When nostril gets jamed then again used DUONASE 1 dose and got relieved also. On 6-Apr consult a chemist then on 17th consult a doctor and took medicine as they told but didn't fully relived. Present Symptoms are :- 1)when wakeup any one nostril gets jamed and then repeated sneeze. Also dried,tight & sored vocal and throat. 2)After Sneezing - nose & mouth feels with mucus & give relief 3)Very light khasi(once in 3-4 day) & after it mucus from chest and vocal box comes out. Note -During long walk or exercise or in hotday out problem minimises BUT in evening it increases and during night(after midnight) it is more.
