Feeling sore throat from past 10-15 days, and blood comes out, when do gargles, no cough bt not able to swallow anything, feeling lot of pain, tonsillar exudate.

Swelling, hardness and mild pain in throat, and feeling something stuck in left side of throat while swallowing, but no cold, cough or fever are there, I am having these symptoms from last 4weeks, IusedAZEE-500mg(Azithromycin) tablets daily one from last 5 days, but no improvement.

Feeling itching and some mild pain in ears. Pain is not severe and feeling like burning ears while eating. If I eat bit spicy food I am feeling this. Pain is not continuous and sometimes I feeling it in my right ear. Feeling like some dryness in ears. Sometimes mild scalp pain also.

1. I ate cold dahi on 28th April, 2020. On the very next day I felt pain in my throat along with light fever. 2. I have taken Paracetamol 650 on 29th April. 3.Gradually pain had gone and feeling choked and light irritation in my throat and that's why I had to take strepsil which gave me relief for sometimes & had to take citrizine for 2days. 4.since 4th May I felt that something is stuck in my throat but did not feel any pain. 5.As Lockdown is going on I can't able to connect any Doctor so I have to take Cifran 500 for 2Tabs*5days (suggested by a pharmacist). 6.Till now this issue remains same because this stuck feeling is not cured by that medicine. In this situation, what should I do? Please advice. Attached picture shows the exact area of stuck feeling.
