Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, It's been now 3 month I feel dry mouth and some time while sleeping saliva comes in mouth continues and I have vitamin B12 deficiency 184 range no doctor telling why only saying infection and giving antibiotics

I just wat to thank the doctors here for the anwers that even gave me stregth to go through an HIV test  i was afraid of for the past 4 months. I was also stressed after seing some little white spots on my tonsils kkkkkkkkkkk i thot it was a sign of HIV. I jus want to urge my fellows here that we dont hev to rely on singns and symptoms the only way to know your status is getting tested.I got tested last week and i am free no stres3 at all for the white spots on tonsils am taking antibiotics spots are gone.

I have symptoms of sinusitis (nasal congestion, pain between eyes and on nose and on forehead, green/ yellow/ White phlegm) since last three weeks, I am currently on antibiotics. I had taken antibiotics prescribed by general physician for 10 days, but symptoms appeared again strongly and I have taken prescription from ENT specialist now who has also prescribed different antibiotics. I have no symptoms of covid19..but I want to know possible connection between covid19 and sinusitis. Also, I m perfectly healthy person and I never had sinusitis, so what's the reason of sinus infection?

Hi, I have a feeling of clogged right ear since yesterday morning (which may be due to excess ear wax ). I use earphones frequently. Due to the  lockdown I am  not able to visit the doctor, how can I get rid of it ?

I had acidity after eating some spicy and oily food and after that it started feeling like I have something stuck in my throat and chest pains, I checked online and symptoms matched with Acid Reflux or Gerd. I consulted a family doctor(due to unavailability of doctors in Covid-19 situation), he suggested me antibiotics(Augmentin-625) and vapour inhalation. But there was no relief, the congestion or something stuck in my throat feeling got suppressed but I developed cough and sore throat( I have history of sore throat and tonsils, I get sore throat just by having slightly cold stuff or spicy or tangy stuff) so I thought that congestion must be because of cough in my chest. All this has gotten a little better but still sometimes a get chest pains and it keeps moving everywhere in my chest to abdomen, I also have this ticklish feeling in my chest or food pipe and prickly feeling at the end of my tongue. It's been almost a month, kindly help as I'm afraid to visit clinics due to Covid-19.

I am feeling little pain in throat, before 3 days it was on right side now it is on left side. I am drinking warm water and doing salted water gargling. Feeling better thoughout the day but late night feel some pain. No fever or cough but little bit pain below jaw. Pl suggest medicines.

Hello doctor , I am facing ear irritation , couple of days back I cleaned the wax with ear buds. From then I am getting a sensation that ear is blocked , little irritation. For now am using dewax drops

I am experiencing some choking in my throat since 2 days. I am facing problem in swallowing my saliva and also my mouth got dry. Is it because of constipation or stress or some other reason because i am experiencing both of these things. Stress and anxiety highly. Please help.

I have nasal allergy . I have sneezing problem in the morning and nasal excretion (mucus fluid) whole day I used to feel irritation in the nose and sometimes I can sleep due to nasal mucus fluid

Upper uvala sometimes paining, it is for reason and what medicine should I use for, I have a problem of gerd and allergy also for this reason eructation so many times, i use to drink 4 litr of water, and nexito and dsr by prescribed, 7 days montec lc dose over somete need to take breath by mouth but 4 or 5 times make up with yawn,can you suggest some better medicine,quit smoling one month ago,no diabetes or heart disease in family, my mother has dust allergy, there sometime pain of mine beside somewhere in uvala not in uvala in the time of gulp, so what medicine should require please suggest
