Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Right Tonsil started to inflame along with surrounding lymph node.. took antibiotics steroids n NSAIDs but not much help. Eventually found tonsils forming crypts n saw stones n gargled with water salt n vinegar. 3 stones came out but lymph node still swollen I feel may be more stones embedded in crypts. Can I use 3 percent hydrogen peroxide diluted n gargle ????. During gargle I do get some sandy material. Does it mean stones still there ?? Will the lypmph node swelling reduce after stones come off.. I feel they may b hidden in crevices .. any medicines?? What should I do ..

Breath difficult some times and feeling lump In the throat all the time and mind racing about negative

I have been using clearwax by consultant whom i paid this was prescribed for 5 days. He ended the consultation. After 5 days i now am feeling better i can hear better now but its still not as good as the ear which i did not have trouble with. So should i continue that medication or what do i do about it? Do i have to pay for this again? Please let me know.. Thanks

My problem is on 26march in my back dustbin zone the dust were burning for clearness..aftr that maybe I got that smoke in my body aftr that I had started nasal congestion and after one day huge irritation and burning feel in my Throat so taking antibiotics it gone and from 7 days back I had started little cough and nasal congestion has still after that huge irritation and some in like something pricking my throat like lump got this problem after I went to the doc Nearby me ENT they taken endoscopy till my mouth and throat he said every thing is fine..but still I feel the same can me tell what I m suffering from? That doc said this maybe due to stresss and I m thinking is due to covid19?

Throat pain with jaws & ear. No cold or cough. Throat is clear no problem in swallowing. Pain at left side of throat for 2 days. Sometimes severe with ear & jaw as well. Neck movement restricted.

It's been 1 month,  I have this burning pain in both sides of tongue. It's hard for me to eat food. Attached picture. Isn't one month a long time?

So I have not been able to cure my cold. It was bad in the initial 7 days but then it came down to negligible after doing some organic treatment like garlic, ginger, turmeric warm water, etc. The throat is just fine leaving apart throat disturbance which is about 2-3 times a week and about one time a day. I feel I have a congested nose, I blow it out almost every morning. Mucus is clear and has no color. There is no pain. Occasional sneezing (about 4-5 times a day) But it's not going completely. What could be the cause? How to cure?
