Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi 3 weeks from now I had a cold and recovered in 3 days. After which I was suffering from mild dry cough due to post nasal drip no  and was prescribed montec lc for 7 days from a doctor here. I completed 7 days and found that mild cough still persists and also noticed a white spot on my throat with very bad breath with no other symptoms at all. Please help in treatment of this issue. I have been suffering from dry cough for over two weeks now that mainly happens when I am drinking water or eating a meal. The coughing goes on for at least a minute or comes in parts as I continue to eat. I was suffering from intercostal muscle pain for past two months which has gotten much better now. And for a few days have a swollen lymph node in the neck on the right side which has no pain whatsoever and now the throat is also getting itchy and swollen. I do not have any fever or other issues swallowing or breathing. Can someone please help me figure out what this is? Are these issues related?

Is it post nasal drip? Since 27 March I m suffering from nasal congestion and excess of mucus production since 27th March from last 5 days had little dry cough and every time I swallow my mucus to my throat from my nose...from last 4 days feels something in my Throat huge irritation uncomfortable can't stay at one place sometimes I start crying tooo help me out..?

Iam suffering from ear pain in both ears  from nearly one month from few days in my right ear I can hear beeping sound like some machine beep but in a very low frequency. I have been also diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency, it is 140 I have other sympyoms as well like tingling sensation in hands burning sensation etc. And iam prescribed to take supplements as well as injection for it. could vitamin b12 deficiency a is the cause of it.what should I do of it is not related to it.

I had Rhinoplasty a month ago. My swelling had come down. But, three weeks later, the swelling has returned and is not reducing. I have inner nasal swelling as well. It could be Sinus infection. I am worried if the swelling will ever go down and how long will it take for that to happen. Please help if this is normal?

Hey Please help me I am Worried about my tonsil. I had a swallowing pain a month ago, when I looked in the mirror, the tonsils were red and swollen. If I took the medicine by showing it to the doctor, there is no pain in swallowing and the swelling is less than before. I have never seen my tonsil before. When there is pain then we have seen but now there is no pain and it is not red either. But there is a confution. Is it normal or is it still swollen? This is current images of tonsil Please tell me It is normal size or not I am 20 years old and (hight-6.1ft)(weight-78kg)

My right nostril is Paining from one week, I have litte headache too today. I can spot very small white boil inside nose, can I apply soframycin?

Itching in both ears for last few months request you to consider my problem and prescribe me an ear drop or pill to overcome it.

Having cold and regularly spitting cough. Many time nose block. Observing too much wax in ears. Unable to breathe properly from nose. No dry cough.
