Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Some white patch in my side of  tongue and feeling pain for 1 months. Feeling pain in morning after sleep

I had wax accumulated in my left ear it was red brownish with foul smell and I little watery than usual wax. I tried removing it using ear buds a lot of wax came out but now my left ear is blocked. What should be done to unblock it please suggest

About one month ago I suffered from cough and cold. Then I developed one swollen lymph node and after a few days I developed one more. They are painless. One day I noticed I had developed tonsil stones. I cleared the tonsil stones by gragling and with the help of a cotton swab and now I gargle everyday. I have face acne for more than 2 months. These lymph nodes do not seem to regress and I am worried. What am I suffering from? Is it a case of a bacterial infection? If it's bacterial infection should I take antibiotics? What antibiotics should I take and in what dose? Please help me!

My mother had common cold 2 weeks back. She took paracetamol . After 4 days she was ok. But certainly last week she faced another issue with her ear. Her ear became stuffy with severe headaches. Due to lockdown situation she is not able to go to the hospital because where she is stay that is red zone. Now she is not able to listen in her one ear. Another is fine. And when she lying down in bed she feels dizzy for some times. What's this problem? Can you prescribe some medicines or drops or home remedies that she can try in her home? Thank you.

Ear wax went deep. Lowered hearing in left ear. Buzzing sensation in left ear. Is it serious problem? Already consulted a doctor and medication.

I have constant severe pain inside right ear, from last 2 days,with throbbing pain that comes and goes in intervals. I have been using soliwax ear drops from last 2 days and pain killers but don't seem to benefit much. Pain mainly gets worse at night. I also feel a little itchy at times. What could this be and how much time does it normally take for ear ache/infection to heal?
