I have done allergy test I am not allergy to anything but also I feel congestion and headache in nose I had done CT scan I had inferior turbinates swollen and one small polyp give me solution

Just wanted to ask 1 puff per day of Fluticasone Nasal Spray is sprayed one time or twice a day in each nostril or single nostril? And due to some reason my timings are lost on the first day and I'm taking Montair LC in the morning. Do I have to take montair LC only in the evening? Thanks. missed out these simple things. Dear Doctor, Since last day I am facing ear Discharge and pain. I felt (not sure) that some small insect entered into my ear. I used mustard oil and cleaed wax from my ear. Main issue still it is paining, very little discharge and heavyness in ear. Please suggest medicine so that in this lock down situation I can get medicine easily. Regards

My right eye was feeling irritated since few weeks, but then after putting drops it was better and then sometimes my eye was a bit small and mild puffed and then it was better but then it came again and now my right eye feel irritated from corner and feel there is something inside and has eye pain and is a bit blurred i feel, and my left eye also pains sometimes when right eye stops paining...and then i get few one side headaches mild ones and my eyes feel dry too...could it be eye herpes? Or any early stage? I am scared and anxious...

My mother is suffering from pain in right side of the throat. While having food she don't face any problems in swallowing but rest of the time when she is not having anything the pain is occurring. It's has been since one week. Last year she diagnosed with hyperechoic nodules with few cystic areas in right lobe of thyroid likely to be benign. She is under medication. She is taking Eltroxin 75mcg daily in empty stomach in morning. Please suggest.

Hi, I have been having sore throat since past 2 days causing discomfort. I had a similar pattern couple of weeks earlier which got healed by gargling with Betadine and has now started again. Minimal amount of cough, at times runny nose, but no fever. Should I be worried given the current situation?

I feel my hearing has reduced for left year. I feel something is stuck in there in ear canal like when it causes after swimming and it is causing pain.

I had swollen right side of neck since 2 months and have tonsil cyst and bumps on pharyngeal walls since a month. Had antibiotics, nothing changed. Had a CT scan. Report attached. Can anyone explain me in details what is abnormal and the remedy for the same. Also the oropharynx consists tonsils and the associated pharyngeal walls too right? So if it's oropharynx is normal then no issues in tonsils too right?

Sir i am 32 years old,i am suffering with pharyngitis since 3 months with right tonsil enlarged and tissue become hard. Uvulva red and swollen,more salivation and frequent desire to swallow. Throat becomes bloody red after taking food,evening time specially. Kindly tell me its due to enlarged tonsil,should i go for tonsillectomy for get rid of sore throat or any thing else serious. Kindly help me out i am very depress.
