Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m feeling some pain in throat and little swallowing from about 10 days but no fever, cough, cold. Feel some obstruction in throat and sometime little pain in ear. Pain in throat varies. Sometime it is upper part sometime is lower part of throat.

I get sneezing and running nose often . It resolves after I take cetrizine. It's normal for two days and it again occurs.. what is my problem.. how to treat it..

I have fever and pain in right side of throat and sneezing from today morning. Also with body pain..

Hello Doctor, throat problem started on March 31, took medicines after consulting general doctor which lasted for 3 days, but it didn't help. After 5 days of gap, I have taken azithromycin continuously for 6 days(daily one tablet at night) and stopped it. Now its been three days of gap that I am not taking anything. But the itchiness is there in throat and little pain in left ear. Also from past two days I hear less sound in right ear. Note that I am also doing gargle with salt warm water. Also attached the pics where I had a infection.

Please find attached photos. I am beinģ repeatedly attacked by these throat infection. I am unable to find the reasons for it. Please let me know the reason and how to prevent it.

Respected Sir/Madam I have given pic of my acute ulcer occured inside my mouth. I have Constipation, medicines which I am taking is polybion syrup,Zenoxa 150(half daily)(after breakfast) Neopeptine after lunch everyday for better digestion. This was for 10 yrs or so, feeling tremendous pain when happened. Plz suggest some helpful advice or medicines for recovery. Awaiting for your needy reply..

Mild pain when swallowing. No issues while talking. Pain when held firmly. Not sure if it's passed or just a cut.

My nose is blocked due to dry mucus and having pain near nose hole passes and mucus frozen there . Feeling uncomfortable

Solutions  for earache caused by water, ear wax ,swollen ear  and the area around a the ear has been swollen occurring for the last day 5-6 days

Can sinus infection of my nose infection can cause post nasal drip?or post nasal drip is the cause of any other problem other than sinus infection?
