Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having throat pain since 4 days. I am drinking hot water and doing salt gargle/betadine gargle but it just gives me 5 mins rest. Throat again starts paining. By hit water I am getting acidic issues. Since yesterday I also felt weakness and food aversion. I am not facing any other symtomps. No breathing problem also but feels like something is blocking the throat. Pls suggest if this is covid or something else.

I have been suffering from severe headache for the last couple of months and I consulted an ENT doctor who said I have to undergo a surgery since I've a mucosal polyp/growth inside my nose. I have headache especially in my sinuses areas often with some kind of discharge from nose sometimes. Should I undergo the surgery or is there any other remedies for this? Some of my relatives are saying that if i undergo this surgery, may be it will lead to some other problems in future like headache because if this surgery. Is there anything like that? Could you please advise? Thank you in advance

For past one month I'm having post nasal drip and urge to clear throat even though nothing comes out except for a little transparent watery liquid. Same with my nose, it's ticklish, sometimes I sneeze and this watery liquid is there. No yellow or green mucus present, light green mucus comes out of chest only after I cough really hard that too in a very small quantity. I feel chest congestion or something's stuck down my throat and chest and it pains. I've developed extreme acid reflux as well. Things get worse at night, I've started having a blocked nose even though there's no mucus in my nose just that transparent watery liquid. What it could be and how do I treat it. I've taken Augmentin 625, pantop D and steam inhalation. Please help and provide some solution, it's been a month and because of lockdown I can't go to hospitals and get any tests done as of now.

Throat infection since 15 days. Feeling something is blocking the throat and some times blocking nasal too. But some times it's free and after some time again blocking throat

Hi. I have a very uncomfortable throat situation here. Idk how to describe it correctly. It's a dry feeling. I have been gargling with warm salt water and I drink adrak or masala tea, it comforts for a while and I drink a lot of water. First I thought it's because of the flue but now I've had this for over a month. I am a singer n I can't sing properly anymore because I get this weird horsness while I sing. N I also it's little whitish yellow in my inner mouth. Over all it's very uncomfortable.

Dear doctor, I have been having a feeling of something stuck in my throat since three days. Yesterday I noticed white patches on both my tonsils. I'm guessing tonsil infection. I feel no pain so far. I have been gargling since last night. Kindly prescribe how to treat this infection.

Hi doctor, Earlier facing issue with ear infection , 2 year ago suffering from tb , take medication for same , however from few days ago again facing with ear problem and cough problem. Took antibiotics everything is normal but today some bloody pus cam from ear , and paining in between chest also in night . so please suggest me what should I do, currently in my area fully seal due to covid lockdown. Im suffering from Tonsils often and it leads to cold and fever...and now also during this lockdown period im suffering from this tonsills .. Can you suggest me the medical advise and to recover from this disease...

Respected Dr. Sahab Good afternoon. My son is 11 years old. He is suffering from cold, cough and tonsils from the age of 4 years i.e. from 7 years back. He remains affected by it after every fortnight in winter season and rainy season. Even after staying at home, he is affected. We are getting his treatment from ENT aliphatic doctor. During treatment and one week of post treatment he remains ok. Then again caught by the same problem. His immunity is also weak. I have some doubts in my mind. Upto the age of 4 years we was ok. His health and diet was good . Then he was given  vaccination of Rota virous. After that I feel this problem occurred. Kindly clear my doubt. And suggest me the way to overcome this problem permanently and enhance his immunity

Sir, last 30 days after lockdown was feeling heaviness in neck due to which was not able to sleep properly, was able to eat and drink. After consulting a local doctor, was advice for sonography done and report has been attached. And accordingly medicine was given are as follow. Mahacort DZ 6 -  (1 - X - 1) Zerodol SP - (1 - X - 1) Opox CV 200 -  (1 - X - 1) Pan 40 -  (1 - X - 1) Levocet D+ - (1 - X - 1) Vizlac - (1 - 1 - 1) But after taking medicine for 5 days not much improvement and was asked to continue the same medicine for another 5 days.
