Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since 20 days in my throat some kind of soreness and something is there feeling while trying to swallowing food or water but no pain and when I'm alone it's looking like that my throat will be close and something will happen to me. And also I have problem some nasal congestion that lead to some watery cough will come to my nose when I am unable clean through nose it will come in my throat and fron there I'm spitting out from mouth. Sometimes It goes in my throat it will trouble to me till it finishes out from throat. Constantly I'm having problem. And also I have carona anxiety in my mind.

Throat pain comes and goes away,no cough and cold.followed salt water Gargling also.but still having.

I have a dry throat and dry cough..Dr suggest sompraz 40 mg for 2 week now i am starting this medicine but sometime feel better and suddenly start dry cough and complete day feel like kharash is there once I cough forcefully then fill better. Please suggest.

My face right side section is swelled and most probably it's enlarge epiglottis. But I don't face any issues in anything eat and drink it completely perfect. There is knot kind of things below the right tounge and having pain there. I don't geel any pain inside it's all from outside. And this thing happen from last 2days And today.there are more swelling. My ear check throat all are swelling. I just nut feeling good. Having pain on that knot only. That is also not like it's not bearable.but in night or day or you can say some time its started pain badly. But mostly it just okay.
