Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from mild throat and ear pain for sometimes from last 1 1/2 month,also have bumps on back side tongue near to throat and white tongue. Also swollen feeling in right side neck. Using antibiotics as per doctor advice but still not completely feeling better or cured. Plz help on this

My daughter is suffering with Dry cough since 2 weeks no other symptoms like fever cold body pains nothing. At night she is not able to sleep sometimes she is getting pain on her throat. After taking food she is vomiting some times. We have used dry cough syrup but no use. She is having hypothyroidism since 4-5 years. Now her problem is only Dry cough. She is not having any allergies.

I have attached photo. No pain no cough or cold. It's not tonsil stones. I had tonsil stone twice in a month on left side. I left smoking years ago. What's happening to my mouth, I always brush twice a day.
