Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Tobacco chewing,osmf III, 3,months ago, now big round ulcers developing on lips more than 3 months, which is believed to be sqmous csrcinoma, Lot of mouth burning increasing day by day, Round uppish ulcers with white scar like in the middle. Lot of mouth watering. Lips mouth are dried up, no salivation. Under the tongue turned blueish . White patches and bands inside the cheeks seen. Best medicines solicited for cure.

My mom is 52 years old. She is taking medicine for gas and blood pressure and cholestrol. But few days ago she devoloped a sore throat and low fever and weakness. After taking medicine she was perfect but after some days from yesterday she again had a little throat pain pper palate pain. Burning under nose. And also she feeling feverish, chills and weakness. But when i checked there is no fever in thermometer. What is this??? Why she feeling fever and weakness??

Hi Doctor why does my nose get blocked everytime when i wake up is it due to sleeping under the fan? When i wake up i see blocked nose, sneezing, excessive runny nose and thick phlegm/mucus in throat can feel while swallowing..Nose keeps on flowing for hours.. Plz help me?

I have been facing an ear block problem since 3 days, I had been using mild coconut oil, mustard oil along with garlic and ear drops, I never had any hearing problem but i can feel i have cold for now and when i pull the ear muscle it becomes normal and again it tends to closing position, can anyone please help me out is it because of excess amount of ear wax or a different reason, and how can i unblock my ear? There is absolutely no pain in my left ear.

On 21/01/2020 I have suffered with Fever, Cold and Cough, at the time I was taken paracetamol and after one day No Fever, but Cold and Cough is there till last week of February 2020 after all cleared. Then From 12th Mar 2020 again started Dry Cough, on 31th Mar 2020 I was visited nearest PHC for there advise and they given the below Tablets for 5 Days. Amoxicillin 500 MG, Paracetamol 500 MG , Certirizen 10 MG After taking the above, Cough was reduced, but short breath was started. Then, on 04/03/2020 I have consult Dr. TLN Swamy ( Pulmonology, Care Hospitals, Hyderabad) through Video Consultation and he advised to take the below Tablets for 5 Days. 1. Tab. Montek LC 2. Tab. Azithral 500 MG For second opinion I have consulted Dr. Anand Kalaakar, General Madeline (Appollo Clinic, Pune) through "PRACTO" he is advised the below along with Dr. TLN Swamy prescription. 1. Reswas Syrup - 5 Days 2. Deriphyllin Tablet - 3 Days, now I have Dry Cough with phlegm some times only 5/6 times/day

My son have frequent infections of throat sometimes he did not develop fever but cannot swallow food. Its recurrent. I have advised an ent dr he said its because of adenoids And surgery is needed. Is there any medicine for this?

I had sore throat with mild (99) fever. I took Cheston cold (3days) and Cofsil. Sore throat was almost recovered, but I developed right ear congestion. Then after ent consultation I took Augmentin 625 Dou tab (5days) and SignoFlam tab(4days). My sore throat was recovered but ear congestion was still there. Last three days, I didn't take any medicine after completing the antibiotics course. Now, sore throat is back again with mild cough but no fever so far. Ear congestion seems to be improving,  I don't feel any pain in the ear. But feel mild body/face pain.  Nose congestion is very mild, which is normal for me. No breathing issue. Altogether, it's 20 days I have these issues. Any suggestion for complete recovery of sore throat will be appreciated. In my city so far no covid case reported.

I am suffering from sore throat which pains and also pain in left and right both ears from past 2 days.
