Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from throat itchiness from past 1 week. It feels like some thing is stuck in my throat. I have been using salt water gargling and other home remedies for a bit of relief but from yesterday afternoon the problem has increased a bit. Kindly help me out in this ane suggest some medicine that would relief me from the pain.

I have a history of bad tonsillitis. Since last 4 days I am having pain in my right tonsils. There is difficulty in swallowing from right side. Sometime back I consulted one of the ENTs, he prescribed me Taxim-O (for 5 days) and Zerodol P (3 days) and asked me to do gargles. Today is my 4th day of the dosage, there is still pain. Can I extend dosage of Taxim O if in case pain doesn't subside? Or what alternative I should choose? I dont have fever, no cough.

Which antibiotic should I use for this problem cifixime doesn't work. Details in screen shot. Please

I had acidity due to azee 500 and I took Omez D for 5 days. Still I have throat pain when I talk for 10-15 min or when I speak loud. I don't have heartburn but little discomfort below chest and above stomach. No other symptoms of fever or runny nose or fatigue
