Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, I used ear bud for cleaning the ear. I guess, this same issue was happened 2 years ago too. I put one drop of coconut oil in morning. What to do sir??

From Last 15 days I had itching throat n mild cough ,I took the medicine on 5th day Azithromycin n was relieved little bit ... Again I checked with the doctor online after 9 days he prescribed me Rassaz Surup n montair FX tab have completed the course but itching throat is not completely cured little bit of itching still pertains ..... I m drinking hot water ,Doing Sakt gar gar every morning ....I can sleep better during night ..when I wake up little bit of Itching throat is there but in a day it feels good No fever ,No running nose

I have thyroid problem from feb 2020 and that time my tsh was 470 But after taking 150mcg my tsh decrease to only 25 Now i am taking 100mcg tab but my throat is paining

I am having swelling and pain in ear, with a clot within the skin behind the right ear. This is primarily caused because of cleaning water with my hand post bath. I have been taking paracetamol from last two days(twice a day) and using candicort eye drop (thrice a day). My swelling has increased in last two days (attached is the pic). She his having throat pain for which Azithromycin 500 taken for 5-6 day thereafter as per advise of Dr Augmentin625 taken for another 5days but still she is having pain in corner of throat

I'm having a dry Cough since last 3 months. Everytime I swallow saliva I feel as if something is there in.

M feeling something stuck in my throat and when i swallow anything then there is no pain but stuckness in may throt and it goes throat to chest

Getting pain in my right ear. While eating or yawning or biting or opening mouth, right side getting pain. Not able chew food because of pain. This from last 3 days. No medication.

Previously faced sinus symptoms like blocked nose, facial pains etc., we met  ENT doctor he cleared the nose and given some medication. Now due to nasal blockage with the mucus facing breathing problem, chest tightness,loss of apetite.As no doctor is available now we are using same medication like citrazene,nasal spray and steam therapy etc but the problem is not yet resolved.pls suggest some medicine to clear the blockage of nose for easy breathing. No travel history no fever no cough no flu symptoms

Severe Vibrations in head, and I have polyp in my nose, blockage of nose, some times I can't take deep breathe, not able to sleep, panic for any bad news immediate thinking will start and can't walk or sit vibrations in my head will increase, done MRI, CT scan to brain, nothing damaged, sugar, BP levels normal, one thing I can say I am completely loaded with work 12hrs a day with my 2 small kids. Please advice if this is the major issue. From past one week not able to even sleep. Currently using medicines suggested by ENT specialist.
