Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have ğot mouth sore on toungue I had changed my toothpaste last week once since then i got this. What can be taken for this

I have a vibration or a bee flying like sound in my right ear from 4/5 days.not regularly but sometimes.i feel this before ,but twice or thrice before so I don't get more imp. As I also listen music on a higher volume.And I always have cold .now I want to stop it.i am really worried for it.

Symptoms- Ear ringing (mostly in the left ear but rare in the right side), pain deep inside the left ear, felt dizzy and lost of balance sometimes, pain in certain parts of the head (pain at certain points of the head, not like a normal headache though). This has been happening since 18 months. Recently before 2 days, I was casually sitting outside after lunch, all of a sudden I had a tendency to fall towards my right side for like 2 hours, where I didn't feel any tiredness or fatigue. (like when we were spinning in circles and later we would likely to fall on one side). The ringing and pain in the ear continues and it has been worsening every day (with slight changes, mostly noticeable after a month)

Sir/Madam my mother's face has been swelling since 1 month. Before lockdown I visited doctor and he prescribed ZYDOCEV CV200 and CHYMORAL FORTE for 5 days each. But swelling has not yet gone. I have attached pics. B.P.-140/90 , weight-90kgs, Age 54yrs. Please suggest which doctor to visit online...

Recently diagnosed with cholesteatoma in left ear. So taking medication for pus discharge ( ciplox ear drops) . Is there any chance that we can delay surgery.. What are the possible side effects of we delay the surgery.. How long can we delay?

I am suffering from sinus and nasal polyps, sometime i feel better, but sometime there comes regular sneezing, nose swelling and watering from nose. My nose bone has also bent slightly, my one nose mostly times remain closed. i met doctor, they said surgery will be only treatment. Can this disease be cured without surgery. If yes, then how

Hi, I am experiencing lower throat irritation  just below my Adams apple since 22 days. I took Cefix-O and Mucobrex Cold and panto 40 and take steam twice a day..but no relief.I had viral fever with cold and cough 20 days back.They are gone but throat irritation is still there.I dont smoke and drink only once in a month. I never went outside since 20-25 days. It is very irritating.I am attaching picture of throat. Please help doctor.

My 10 year old son Having nose block and throat congestion , complains during night only during day time stay fine..pls advise medications having treated already last year byndr Gaurav Khandelwal , ENT at Agra for tonsils..same seems surfacing again.

From the last 3-4 days, every evening, I start getting continuous sneezes, red eyes, nose keeps getting blocked due to cough. This has happened to me in past too but gets alright on its own. Please suggest what is this problem. What should I do?

Sir I am feeling pain in my throat from past one year, I am feeling uncomfortable the pain, shall I remove tonsils to get cured permnantly
