Due to this long lockdown period, your regular good intake with low physical activity, results in dyspepsia and acid reflux. This refluxed acid burns the mucosa of throat and in the upper reaches of the throat, just behind the nasal passages lie the eustachian tube orifices that connect the middle ear to the throat. When the acid burns this portion of the throat, you get the symptoms that you have described.
