Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Dr, I feel some extra skin like feel in left side neck comparing to right side.I feel something block in left side but I didnot feel any pain nor lumps.I am also suffering neck pain for last fewyears..Kindly advise pls.

Feeling lump I m 18 and since last 5 days I m get so annoying and irritating in my Throat taken lots of med but no relief taken steam and betadine gargle and even more but still also have nasal congestion since long can anyone suggest what I m suffering from

Hello, I am facing issue in my throat, whenever i use to swallow my spit, i feel click sensation in my throat like any vein always move from one place to another. I did study on google bt really not able to understand what can i do. It feels so irritating all the time while sleeping too. I do not have any pain bt yes just feel some cough is there also in my throat most of the time. I was consuming alcohol lot from last 1 year so thought could be issue because of this bt i quit it from last 1 and half month and did not consume single sip bt still facing the same issue. Always have adenoids problem after seasonal change but this time no fever no cough dry mouth in morning conjusted dry nose pic attached...don't know what to do taken bactoclav 625

When my tonsil swell up I always have fever and running nose but from a week my nose is conjusted no fever no cough...I can feel two swollen patches around neck when I touch from outside and I am attaching pics...I am worried bcz when I search Google it show cancer...

Right Tonsil started to inflame along with surrounding lymph node.. took antibiotics steroids n NSAIDs but not much help. Eventually found tonsils forming crypts n saw stones n gargled with water salt n vinegar. 3 stones came out but lymph node still swollen I feel may be more stones embedded in crypts. Can I use 3 percent hydrogen peroxide diluted n gargle ????. During gargle I do get some sandy material. Does it mean stones still there ?? Will the lypmph node swelling reduce after stones come off.. I feel they may b hidden in crevices .. any medicines?? What should I do ..
