Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Problem: Cough (wet) Phlegm produced during cough , Mild pain in throat due to cough. No sneezing, No running nose, No fever. Nasal spray (Fluticone FT) work best for me when I feel like sneezing. Use spray as and when required 7-8 times a month. Coughing is kind of seasonal thing for me, last 2-3 months it was mild but last few days its in higher side. Consulted Dr Pradeep on Prato, Suggested medicine didn't worked best. Acute Sinusitis

I have a extreme Tonsil pain for a past week now. I cannot even swallow my spit without excruciating pain. Can you suggest me some medication. I have tried Azithromycin 500- 3 doses but it had little to no effect on the pain.

I have itching in throat from 2weeks also throat pain and some time nasal congestion with no bulgum come out it really feel irritate in throat I should consult a physician for 3 times he should give first 3 days levocitrizine & 3 times Azithromycin 500 after nothing changed he should gave me Treatar l for 15 days sir I am very much scared what is the main cause why this is not cured ?? Bdw I should doing blood test CBC Test - hb -14.6 TLC- 8.070 DC.N-59 L-31 E- 10

Sir i have been suffering from pharyngitis since two months,completed full çourse of antibiotics but no relief, right side tonsil enlarged with hard tissue.Burning sensation in mouth, throat wall red,uvula red and swollen,tendency to swallow frequently.Left tonsil normal in shape. Should  i go for Corticosteroids or something else. Kindly suggest me.

I had ear discharge and hearing problem since 15 years and underwent surgery for the same. I had tympanoplasty with mastoidectomy followed by cavity reconstruction and ossicular chain reconstruction. Post 3 weeks after surgery, my dressing pack inside the ear canal was removed and I experienced significant gain in hearing right after dressing pack removal which made me quite happy that I have restored my hearing to the best . I can hear sounds which I have never experienced before in my life. But unfortunately after 24 to 36 hours post dressing pack removal I am experiencing decrease in hearing although the hearing is better than pre-surgery period .As theoretically explained by Various Otolaryngologist and as per my query over Internet best hearing is only experienced after 8 to 12 weeks after surgery. My concern is now that if it is to be improved after 8 weeks how I got best hearing experience right after dressing pack removal and subsequently getting decreased over time.

Mosquitoes have been entering my mouth since last 4-5 days and there is a clot in my mouth below tongue. Also there was mosquito blood in my mouth. Please confirm whether I will get aids or cancer due to this blood entered my mouth through lips as mosquito got killed and blood was there in my mouth and handkerchief. Please also confirm what I need to do as there os a blood clot in my mouth and some different smell in my mouth due to mosquito blood in my mouth

Dear Sir/ Madam I have throt rash and cough with breathlessness,I am facing this problem for last two year in the same season...This time on 12 th march 2020 i again approached doctor with light cough and breathlessness symptoms :doctor prescribed few medicines :few blood tests done report found normal ,allergy test also normal,ECG Normal,Tryglicerides on higher side 240 Rosuvstat 10days montelukast 5mg at night daily 10 days Od 300 -od 10days AZYTHROMYCIN 500MG -03 DAYS FEW DAYS WENT WELL,COUGH TOTALLY DISAPPERED But since yesterday again breathlessness and cough...had cough syrup and started motelukast 5mg and OD 300 again...feel better but noticed rash in throat..me seems ...i need proper antibiotic...which he forgot to give ,need your advice...pls advice Regards Satya

I am suffering from dryness in my throat for last 4-5 days.It seems some cough is accumulated but i am not able to take it out.sometimes i have slight pain in my throat too.i am doing gargling.what shall i do.

I have bacterial infection earlier in my throat and doctor gave me joyclav 625 with some other tablet. I am having same pain in my throat again but I lost my consultant paper . Do you tell me what tablet we should take with joyclav 625 ( Amoxicillin potassium clavulanate tablet )
