I had tonsillectomy 6 months back..in these 6 months I suffered from granular pharingytis 3 times.my tongue turned out whitish like thrush during this infection.please suggest me permanent solution for chronic granular pharingytis

I doubt I am suffering from sinusitis. I have been a pain just below my right eyebrow and near my temple. When I try to exercise or any movement, the pain gets worse. It's been 5 days now.. When I do steaming, it's gets a little better but gets back to square one. Please help me out.
