Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife was having difficulty breathing and sound while breathing from 3-4 days. so i got ige levels checked. it came out to be 2427 iu/ml whereas the normal range is upto 100. no fever. little dry cough. what medications should she take.

Running nose and nose block severely. Tried nasoclear but no relief even after taking that . Can I take octrovin?

I have throat pain from 5 days. I had 5 tablets of azithrol. When I was having the medicine pain reduces. But still have continuous mild pain while swallowing. I don't have any other problem like fever cold cough.

No pain ,no size change, it's hard lump, I have gone to  ent doc he told many people have this and gave me liquid to spray but lump is still there and I have gone to doc in Dec last year.

Only left side throat and ear pain since 1 one year, constant post nasal drip and clearing throat. I have been to- 5 GP and 5 ENT's , every possible test done , but constant pain in left side throat and ear area. No difficulty swallowing or talking. My latest CT PNS and Neck Ultasonography all normal. Then what is the problem, Few Doctors said it's pharyngitis, tonsillitis, acid reflux etc but does infection last so long? One doctor scolded me and told no need to visit him again..I am totally depressed, is it Cancer? I am diagnosed with 1. H pylori -(does Hpylori cause these symptoms) 2. Silent reflux- does silent reflux cause ear pain and throat one side pain for so long . Am I going to die without proper diagnosis..I have attached my PNS report.

Hi doc! Can I take antibiotic augmentin 625 for 5 days, specially if I have been having left ear plugged feeling and mild dizziness for over 2 months. All test results have come normal. Have already consulted 2 ENTs. Does single course of antibiotic cause resistance?
