Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have no cold neither running nose but still i m feeling pain in my throat and this problem is sustain so long.and also i use to drink warm water always to avoid the irritation and pain in my throat...because warm water gives some relief but again after some time the problem is same.any type of fragrances like perfume or allout frangance irritates my throat a lot and pain starts..so plzz suggest me what to do because i had took medicines also but it is happening again and again...plz help nd suggest me what to do..thank you.

I just want to know is it cancerous or just a infection ...if infection can you suggesst any medicine

Hello doctor, I have taken till now 50 antibiotics tablet like zifi 200 zipod 200 and others but still not well my throat is red rashes and pain Bellow Adams apple is antibiotics will harm me as I got vitamin B12 deficiency don't know bcoz of antibiotics are else

He reports of throat pain once in a while he says that something is stuck in his throat once in a while and he says tenderness in his throat back of thyroid cartilage on right side since 14days he took antibiotic azithromycin for it.. But it didn't work No history of fever allergy cold
