Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Just wanted to check what would be causing little throat pain erratically? Its been happening for few days now. One day there is little pain while swallowing (only at one side) while the next day it disappears. Its like something is there at the throat which I keep trying to swallow. When I push little hard, there is very little mucus. 3-4 days I consulted Practo Online ENT and she advised me to take Montek LC.. I didn't not take because there was not much pain and in next two days it was completely fine. Today again I am having little pain only on the right side of throat while swallowing. There is no fever, no cough whatsoever. What shall be causing it? Its been happening for 10 days now. Please help.

I am having ear blockage , tried using soliwax for 4 days but after I use it seems to block more only .how to take the wax outside . Any help is appreciated.

Before 1 month, i cleaned my ears from dr. After the cleaning, i am hearing sound continuously in the left ear. Also left ear canal getting swelling. When i touch my left side throat near left ear, it's paining. Dr told me that is infection in the left ear and prescribed me some tablets and ear drop. But swelling and pain is still in my ear. I continued my prescription. What is the real problem, please suggest me.

I suffer this problem to 7 month .but after medication it is again start . I take also infections medicine or allergic .i use nasal drop or nasal spray  and i also take steam but nothig happen .i feel like ear is having full of mucus .due to throat i split the mucus . Due to this i am not able to study .can someone give some madicine name ?? Please help ...

Actually one of my friend when he was 8 has put sand in one of his ear due to which he lost his 50 percent of hearing power of both the ears and he started using hearing aid at the age of 19 and now he is 31 but his loss is constant till now.Will his hearing loss increase with  age?

Please find the attached usg report of neck & picture of affected swelling of back of neck. A small swelling is painless , soft, mobile persist from November-19. No Symtomos of Fever & apparent weight loss. What is suspected by visual appearance & usg report ? My doctor referred for FANAC . Is it anything serious will come out in FANAC report. Is it swelling lymph node.
